We love getting asked how we do it.

There are always costs associated with leads and / or sales, but nothing costs or hurts more than performing the same efforts and NOT getting  the sale.  Incentives can be very effective in helping in creating the desired action or commit to the purchase.

Newsflash: The discount mentality is a dangerous mindset; while it's true everyone enjoys saving, but studies show it's generally more effective to include something of value along with the closed sale rather than offer a discount. Often a bonus item is a greater incentive and makes you look like the hero. A discount will never pay you back...a talkative, happy customer will.  So why not implement some incentives into your marketing plan, loyalty program or lead generation tools.

So how do we offer these valuable giveaways without breaking the bank?

We partner with major hotel chains, cruise lines and resorts, as well as retailers and gas companies to bring them business they might not otherwise have.  That cruise ship does NOT want to leave port with empty cabins, so they allow us to offer these cabins in bulk and for highly discounted rates.  The half empty hotel is drawing no revenue from the vacant rooms, and while they sacrifice the room fees, they could certainly be making money if they have guests buying cocktails, spending in the casino, dining in the restaurants, buying souvenirs, activities, etc.

Your guests who enjoy a premium vacation at a fabulous place will often recommend and return, so hotels increase their repeat and referral business by building brand loyalty.  Just like you offer your customers the front end incentive...the hotels and do the same for the upsell or end result.

Gas certificates are designed to build repeat business through customer loyalty for the oil companies as well.  Smart businesses recognize the importance of rewarding customers that continue to spend money at their gas station regularly.

While it is also true that some certificates are never redeemed or rebates are not all submitted...this allows some flexibility in whats referred to as breakage.  Yes, a little money is made on the front end, but we ideally want your customers taking their earned vacation and enjoying it, because we know they will chat it up with neighbors and friends before, during and after...and you'll receive all the credit and the goodwill.  You will be pleased to offer something of great value for little more than pennies on the dollar.
